Biography

Dina Botwinick joined the firm in 2014. Since graduating from Brooklyn Law School in 2008, her practice has focused exclusively on matrimonial and family law, with emphasis on negotiation, litigation in dissolution and related matters, including custody and visitation, division of assets and interests, child support, and domestic violence for both traditional and same sex couples.

Ms. Botwinick has a Masters Degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. Before practicing law, she provided supportive psychotherapy to children and their families within the foster care system. Her background working with families underscores her understanding of the practice of family law.

She is admitted to both the New York and New Jersey Bar and lives in Brooklyn with her partner. At Brian D. Perskin & Associates P.C., Ms. Botwinick represents clients in Family and Supreme Court.
