Biography

Sara Jane is an associate attorney and mediator at Brian D. Perskin & Associates P.C since 2021. She completed her undergraduate studies at UNC-Chapel Hill and received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. Sara understands how complex and difficult a divorce can be. 

As a litigator, Sara Jane will do everything in her power to minimize the conflict that can be inherent to a divorce proceeding. Her goal is to guide her clients through the complicated process of divorcing in New York State in a way that provides reassurance and comfort to her clients.

As a certified divorce mediator, Sara Jane’s goal is to empower couples to make the best choices for their family and avoid court altogether if possible.
