Evan Seckular and Dina Botwinick are two pillars at Brian D. Perskin & Associates P.C., providing outstanding service to their clients.
Evan Seckular, a partner at Brian Perskin & Associates, received his Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cordozo School of Law, and later joined the firm in 2009. Evan focuses his practice on litigating complex matrimonial and family law matters, including child custody and equitable distribution. A fixture in Court, he has appeared before Judges in Supreme, Family, and the Appellate courts throughout the New York metro area. Evan received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in International Relations, Economics, and Spanish.
Dina Botwinick graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2008, and joined Brian D. Perskin & Associates in 2014. Dina works tirelessly to provide top-notch representation for her clients by specializing in the negotiation and litigation of sensitive divorce matters. Many of her cases involve a history of domestic abuse, child custody, and the division of assets. Dina holds a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Her interest in family law was sparked while providing psychotherapy services to children and family involved in the foster care system.
